You can find camping information in Chapter 9. On pages 224-227 you can find a checklist on what you need to take camping. In Chapter 8 you can find information on hiking. Pages 203-207 there is a list of equipment you would need to take on a hike. First Aid Information is in Chapter 11 on pages 287-329.
